this art is a 2nd commission to my dear friend 
thanks so so much for commissioning me again
The characters is his head captain Aya Ryuunsuke and
's head captain H. Tsuribakki.
Tsuribakki using his Shikai, sending a storm of chains towards Aya, who is charging forward with an insane amount of fire being unleashing from her blade and body. That's what he ask me to do ^ ^
Hopefully this is accepted even though it's not so good.....
